In the mid-18th century, near The Grand Manor House An ornamental garden was laid out – the Count’s Park, with a formal layout. Its most valuable layout extended across the terraces in front of the south-eastern façade of the manor house. The terraced layout was based on the natural configuration of the terrain, whilst the garden architecture drew on Baroque stylistic elements. It was preserved in this form until the mid-19th century, when the formal garden was converted into a natural landscape park.
During the Second World War, there was in the vicinity The Grand Manor House The entire spruce stand was felled and used in the construction of the Prešov–Strážske railway line between 1939 and 1943. The historic park was also significantly damaged by the fact that the newly built railway line cut through its north-western section. Further degradation of the park occurred in the post-war years, when the construction of detached houses began here.
In 2014, the following was built on the grounds of this park and opened to the public archaeological park.
